My approach
Anti-Oppressive
Psychotherapy has historically been dominated by White men and is deeply rooted in individualism. Drawing from Black and Indigenous traditions of community-based healing, my approach to therapy seeks to strengthen social supports and build new communal connections. Using the Liberation Health Model, I also seek to assist clients in examining how individual, cultural, and systemic factors have impacted their lives.
Queer-Centered
I provide a safe and affirming space for LGBTQIA++ individuals, understanding the unique challenges related to identity, relationships, and societal expectations. I offer support whether you're exploring gender and sexual identity, facing discrimination, or seeking well-being. My therapeutic orientation is gender-expansive, sex-positive, and kink-inclusive. I also support clients in practicing ethical non-monogamy and other non-traditional relationship and family configurations.
Feminist
I help individuals of all genders navigate and transform life circumstances impacted by sexism and patriarchal values, from relationship challenges to expectations from family members to workplace discrimination. Whether you're dealing with anxiety and depression, seeking more intimate social connections, or learning to embrace complex and intense emotions, I can support you in building upon your inherent strengths.

Hello, my name is Anna Kramarz and I would love to welcome you to therapy, whether you are a seasoned veteran or it is your very first time.
My practice offers a warm, open, and collaborative space for individual adults who seek learning, growing, and realigning within themselves, their relationships, and the world around them.
My approach incorporates psychodynamic talk therapy with evidence-based practices including CBT, DBT, and ACT, as well as somatic therapy.
